  • message graphic Hello Madison County Schools Family,

This is Allen Perkins, Superintendent of Madison County Schools. Even though schools are closed, I want to make sure we do the best job possible keeping you informed regarding all school issues and your students. First, I hope everyone is well and making it through this trying time.

If you have a need, please note we are providing student meals at the following schools from 11 AM until 1 PM each day.

    New Hope Elementary
    Madison Crossroads Elementary
    Harvest Elementary School
    Hazel Green Elementary
    Riverton Elementary
    Madison County Elementary School

I would like to thank our CNP staff and district volunteers who work extremely hard to keep our students fed.

Secondly, please note your Board of Education conducted its regular board meeting Wednesday night. We are continuing to meet as many of the district's needs as we can during this difficult time. Our leadership team holds conference calls each Monday, Wednesday and Friday to discuss how we are doing with our program to feed students and meet other needs. We are waiting for word from our state superintendent and Governor regarding any impact on school schedules. As, soon as I receive information I will pass it along to you.

A special thank you to our teachers who are doing an incredible job, going above and beyond, to keep our students engaged. Thank you for your support and patience through this time. Please remain healthy and safe.
