Finance

The Madison County Schools Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities of the district. This includes budget preparation, financial reporting, payroll/insurance processing and reporting, accounts payable/receivable, investment of funds, purchasing of goods and services, capital asset accounting, federal grants management and all other finance related issues.
