Your 2025 1095-C Health Insurance Statements are Available

Your 2025 1095-C statements (Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer of Coverage) are now available online through your Employee Self-Service (ESS) account.

Important Eligibility Note: Bus drivers and mini-bus aides will not receive a statement as they are exempt due to part-time status.
