Mass Notification System


The Madison County School System utlizes Blackboard Mass Notification, also known as BBComm, to send alerts and messages to parents, students, teachers, and community members. Information is distributed by email, telephone, text, and MCSS Mobile App.

There is an opt-out function for BBComm, except in the event of Emergency notifications, which will override the opt-out function.

Data for BBComm comes directly from parent information input during PowerSchool Enrollment. If you do not receive a message, please contact the registrar at your child's school.
