My name is Angie Silvey, and this is my 13th year teaching at SHS. My classes this year are AP English Literature and Composition, English 12, and Scholars' Bowl. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Language Arts from Alabama A&M. I am also the sponsor for Sparkman's Scholars' Bowl Team.

I have 2 daughters, both Sparkman graduates, who attend Auburn University. In my spare time I enjoy classic old movies- especially Hitchcock, cooking, and spending time relaxing on Lake Guntersville.
