I grew up in Killen, Alabama, and am a proud alumnus of Brooks High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Math Education from the University of North Alabama. I have been married for 5 years to my husband, Ben, who is also a teacher and coach at Sparkman High School. We have a son, Billy Mac.

My passions are God, family, friends, baseball, Harry Potter, and Edgar's cake.
