Head Boys Soccer Coach

 

Hello everyone! My name is Caleb Besaw, and I am extremely excited to be joining Sparkman High School this year. I am entering into my fourth year of teaching and coaching and have recently moved to Madison from the Birmingham area. My wife and I both grew up in the Madison area, and she actually attended Sparkman and graduated in 2015. I graduated from James Clemens the year before. We are so happy to be back in town to be closer to family and to work in the community where we were raised. 

 

If you're looking for me in the spring, you'll more than likely find me out on the soccer field! I am the new head soccer coach for the boys' program, and I am looking forward to having a great season! I coached varsity girls and varsity boys soccer for three years before moving to Sparkman and was named Small School Coach of the Year (Alabama) in 2022 for my work with the boys' soccer program at Leeds High School. I hope to see everyone out at a game or two this season!
