Required Documentation PTA

All PTA organizations must have on file or submit the following documentation by August 1 of each year in order to be authorized to operate in or on behalf of any MCSS school.

  1. Charter letter or proof of membership in the Alabama PTA
  2. Proof of annual membership submission to AL PTA 
  3. Current Bylaws- (should be approved by the membership every three years)
  4. Proof of federal tax filing for the previous fiscal year
  5. List of officers for the current year
  6. Budget for the current year
  7. Final Financial Report for the previous fiscal year
  8. Proof of annual review of financial records
  9. Proof of Fidelity Bond
