Meet Mr. Kenneth Kubik, a remarkable figure whose dedication to education shines brightly as a beacon of warmth and positivity. November 2022 marked a significant milestone in Madison County's educational journey as Mr. Kubik was proudly elected to the role of Superintendent, ready to lead with passion and purpose.

But let's rewind and delve into the inspiring journey that brought Mr. Kubik to this pivotal moment. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Southern Oregon University and a Master of Science Degree in Forensic Science from National University, his thirst for knowledge propelled him forward. However, it was during his tenure as a Police Officer in California that Mr. Kubik realized his true calling lay in education. Fueling this passion, he pursued a Teaching Credential Program at Humboldt State University, laying the groundwork for his transition into the world of teaching.

Upon relocating to Madison County, Alabama, Mr. Kubik embarked on his career in education with unwavering dedication. Through perseverance and hard work, he ascended the ranks, earning advanced degrees, including a Master of Education Degree in Administration and Supervision from Tennessee State University and an Educational Specialist Degree from Jacksonville State University.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Kubik's journey has been multifaceted, encompassing roles as an educator, coach, assistant principal, and director. Yet, through each role, his commitment to student success has remained unwavering, fostering environments where every child can flourish.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Kubik cherishes his role as a devoted husband to Jamie, who shares his passion for education as the Madison County Virtual School Counselor. Together, they have raised four sons and now revel in the joy of doting on their nine grandchildren.
